A Discussion on Inclusion & Diversity in the Professions - Panel

April 26, 2019 – 10:20 a.m.-11:45 a.m.

In the current competitive and global market, companies are embracing diversity and inclusion (D&I) as both a social responsibility and a business strategy. By creating inclusive and welcoming workplaces, employees and employers can ensure people of various diversity dimensions—age, gender, physical ability, mental health, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, race, and more—can thrive and positively contribute to their profession.

Panelists will discuss the challenges and successes of D&I initiatives that they have supported and share ways that you can support inclusion in the engineering and geoscience professions and in your workplace.
